Our positive thoughts run on a high vibrational frequency and our negative thoughts are sent out on low vibrational frequency brain waves. Love, Joy, Gratitude and Happiness are all Posivitive feelings and thoughts and are felt at a HIGH VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY ("HVF"). Hate, Jealousy, Rage, Anger, Frustration and Insecurity are all Negative feelings and thoughts and are felt at a very LOW VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY ("LVF"). The Universe doesn't know the difference between positive thoughts about yourself or others, it just "feels" positivity and will attract others on the same "signal" as you.

Staying motivated to achieve your goals can be facilitated by surrounding yourself with people who are on the same wave length as you, but it's up to you to attract them!! Follow these simple steps and you will begin to attract what you want to achieve. When you begin seeing the shift, your motivation to continue will grow. In fact, a domino effect will begin and the only thing that will stop the momentum is YOUR thoughts. Simple Steps to Success Through Thoughts 1. Send love to your goal. Sound silly? Maybe, but until you do it, you won't begin to see the results. Meditate on sending pure love to whatever it is you are seeking to achieve. Want more money? Love your money. Want more followers on Facebook? Send love to the followers you have! Want more customers? Love the customers who have been loyal and send them a loving thanks. You see how this goes? 2. Think about how you will feel when you achieve your goal. How will it make you FEEL? Happy? Then be Happy as if it has already happened. Live as IF you already achieved it! The Universe doesn't know the difference and it will provide you with your desired results. 3. Live your goal. If your goal is to be married someday, then begin creating the space for another person in your life. Leave half of your closet empty for that person's clothes. Only sleep on one side of the bed. If your goal is to lose weight, then begin living like a person who is the size you want to be. Eat the way they would eat. Exercise the way they would exercise. Hang around healthy people.
